Join us for a supportive and practical workshop, co-created by young people from our Empowering Young People – Leading Change Ourselves programme and led by experienced facilitator Alex Hendra. If you sometimes feel misunderstood or overwhelmed, this space is for you. You'll discover a range of practical tools to manage anxious thoughts and build confidence. SESSIONS There are two workshops: 8 & 22 November, both from 11.00am–2.00pm. It is important that you attend both sessions. It is not possible to attend only one session. By booking, you are making a commitment to attend both workshops. AGE RANGE
This is designed especially for 11-17 high learning potential children. WHAT TO BRING - Snacks provided but please bring your own lunch!

DONATIONS This is a FREE workshop. Places are funded thanks to the generous support of the National Lottery Community Fund as part of the project from our leadership programme, Empowering Young People – Leading Change Ourselves. As a charity, we rely on donations to keep offering high-quality opportunities like this. While there’s no charge to attend, we strongly encourage a donation of £10, £15 or £20 per person, per workshop if you’re able. Every contribution helps us continue this important work and reach more young people. GETTING THERE Venue: The ARC Centre, 98 B St Paul Street, Upper Holloway, N1 7DF Nearest Underground: Angel Islington Underground Station. Once you have booked you will be sent some instructions to get to the venue from Angel Islington Underground Station. BOOKING DEADLINE Midnight on 1st November, or earlier if tickets book fast. There is a limited amount of space- so book early to avoid disappointment!
